Mr and Mrs Smith - Not A Gem

A short film based on the track Not a Gem by royalty-free artist Mr and Mrs Smith.

Filled with symbolism and deep meanings. Together with friend Timo Geschwill we dove deep in the reason of existence.

Very interesting for me was the different approach of video-making; lets do it with a full crew. Usually I have been a more guerilla-style filmmaker when creating something from scratch. To add visual effects you might find me using already filmed free greenscreen footage, but not for this. We let stones “fly” with our own adjustable floating system wich took us 2 weeks to prepare.

With help from almost all our year’s classmates and friends we created a mysteriously feeling short music video that made my grandmother cry.
